It's also nice to be back to the big screen computer with the drawing programs. During our trip I visited a whole bunch of the great museums including Metropolitan in NYC, and The National Gallery in Washington DC... so inspirational! Visiting NYC I am always stopping at my favorite Nicholas Roerich's museum... And there was an awesome Pre-Raphaelites exhibition in the National Gallery where I saw Proserpine by Dante Gabriel Rossetti for the first time "in person", and a lot of other fantastic paintings...
And of course there was a ton of other interesting and inspiring things: bid cities, small cities, China Towns, Down Towns, Old Towns, nature (Niagara Falls!), French Canada (I haven't been there for at least 15 years!), Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra's concert, Metropolitan Opera, jazz clubs, Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, speedboat on Hudson River... Meeting with many wonderful old friends, and meeting new people. Yes, a lot of impressions
Now I am back home and have about 3 weeks to relax, to do some art of my own, and to get ready for the next family trip - this time to Europe.

Thank you very much, dear dA!
